My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. While the room was on the smaller side and lacked a fridge, which was inconvenient, the service provided by the staff was top-notch and friendly. The location was ideal for my plans, being close to the casino, but the dining options fell short of expectations.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic with clean and comfortable rooms suited perfectly for visiting Turnign Stone. The staff was considerate and accommodating despite working under pressure. The location was convenient with plenty of space for activities, though the noise level was a slight downside. The dining experience offered a variety of options, but could have been improved with hot scrambled eggs and meat. Overall, a great value for the money.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we found the rooms to be spotlessly clean, although a bit chilly initially. Despite our expectation for heat, they were always tidy and suited our needs during our 5-day stay. The service was prompt and friendly, particularly Jackie at the front desk. The location was perfect for our visit to Turning Stone Resort, offering a clean and spacious area to walk our pup. Unfortunately, the dining options were basic and unexciting. The facilities were sufficient, though nothing extraordinary.

The hotel has a great location near the Turning Stone Casino, providing ample space for our belongings and being very convenient for visits to the Verona area. While the rooms were clean but a little warm and had some dog dander, the overall experience was positive. The service was friendly and welcoming, despite some unusual behavior near the laundry room. The dining was basic but sufficient, and the facilities met our needs adequately.

I stayed at the hotel and found the rooms to be large with 2 queen beds, a counter with 2 chairs, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, all for a decent rate. However, I felt that for the price, the room was a bit on the smaller side compared to what I expected.
